All orders are currently shipped from our warehouses in ITALY. If you are in the European Union you won’t be charged any customs.

Free-Trade Countries:

Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Republic of Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Andorra, San Marino, United Kingdom and Turkey.

If your country is not included on the list above you may be charged customs duties.
Any customs charges are applied at the discretion of the carrier and local laws and all customs charges will be payable by the customer and will not be covered by Alice's Lips.

UK – All orders above GB£135 will be subject to import duties. No additional charges after Brexit.

USA – All orders above US $800 will be subject to import duties. For more information, please check with the US Customs and Border Protection Department.

Australia – All orders above AUS$1000 will be subject to import duties. For more information, please check with the Department of Home Affairs.

New Zealand - All orders above NZD$1000 will be subject to import duties. For more information, please check with the New Zealand Customs Service website.

For more accurate information, we’d suggest getting in touch with your local customs office so you’re not surprised if there are any unexpected delivery charges at your end.

 
[2] PO BOX addresses will be delivered by Poste Italiane SDA. All the International parcels are delivered via a trackable service or standard service, depending on customer's choice. IT parcels will be sent via tracked delivery (3 working days) or Standard Delivery, depending on customer's choice.

[3] Orders placed on a Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched the next working day (Monday). Overseas orders placed on a Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched the next working day (Monday).

[4]  We do not deliver on Public or Bank Holidays. Orders placed over a Bank Holiday will be dispatched the next working day following the Bank Holiday. Deliveries to some destinations are expected to take longer than the specified delivery timeframe. 

RETURNS

f you don’t like your item(s) for any reason, you can submit your return for store credit within 30 days of receiving your order. Please submit your request to Info@breakhole.com

Please note the following:

[1] Please return your package to the following address:

[2] Refunds are issued to store credit.

[3] It can take up to 7 business days to issue your store credit once your return is received.

[4] Exchanges can be done using your store credit to place a new order.

[5] Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

[6] You are responsible for the cost of the return shipping.

[7] Make sure to include your full name and order number to your package.

We will not refund delivery costs & parcels rejected by you or customs will be returned to us & you will be responsible for payment of any such import duties/taxes.
You can send the item back in the original condition by using post office counters. Please do not post the package without obtaining a receipt of postage as we'll require a picture of it. If your return goes missing in transit to us then it will be your own responsibility to solve with the carrier as we will not refund orders we have not received. Please use an appropriate delivery service that covers you for the cost of the items.
